1. SAP Functional Consultant
Education and/or Experience

B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Economics.

Minimum of five (5) years SAP experience in configuring and end-to-end implementing one or more of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO, WM, PS, PM, CRM, HCM.

Experience in mySAP ERP All-in-one is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experienced in :

                  _ Business process analysis
_ Functional specification development
_troubleshooting and resolving SAP functional problems

Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.

Proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.

Duties

Work with SAP consultants and GCS Analysts.

Participate in business process analysis/re-engineering activities.

Analyze customers’ business requirements, needs and objectives.

Work with business analysts and clients.

Analyze and debug functional problems on production.

Deliver high quality modifications/enhancements to SAP configuration.

Provide and implement workable solutions to business issues/problems.

Assist technical/development team in developing ABAP programs

Test, confirm, and document software configuration.

Assist with cutover and Go Live activities.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Develop appropriate business cases with business process owners and business analysts.

2. SAP System Administrator
Experience

At least one year practical experience in Basis tasks in SAP R/3 and/or ECC 6.0 systems

Experienced in:

 SAP installation & technical configuration, fine-tuning

 performance optimization, security

authorization administration, transport, system landscape, job scheduling, archiving…

 SAP Net Weaver (Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence, Exchange Infrastructure…)

Knowledge

Possessing good knowledge of DBMS (SQL Server or Oracle, DB2), and OS (Windows or Linux, Unix)

3. SAP Technical Consultant
Education and/or Experience

B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).

Minimum of two (2) years hands-on SAP BASIS and Net Weaver technical experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experienced in:

 Performance Tuning, Authorization/Security in R/3, BW, APO or Portals, Central User Administration, Transport Management System, Internet Architecture, SSO, Certificates and LDAP.

Gathering requirements for system implementation, development and technical support.

Net Weaver platform

Strong knowledge in databases, OS (Windows, Linux, Unix, etc.) and networking.

Proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.

Be able to adapt to changing work environments and quickly acquire new technology skills.

Highly motivated and customer service oriented.

Good organizational skills.

Duties

Design, configure, and maintain appropriate supporting landscape architecture.

Participate in end-to-end implementation projects.

Install, configure, administrate and fine-tune SAP system.

Implement archiving and security solutions.

Assist in application of fixes to SAP Updates.

Implement SAP system upgrade.

Resolve configuration and technical issues.

Provide service delivery to the required service levels.

Develop and maintain appropriate documentation (system architecture &technical documentation).
4. Senior Software Engineer
Education and/or Experience

B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).

Minimum of four (4) years experience in software development.

Intensive experience in requirement analysis, system design and database design for multi-threaded/distributed, web-based solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficient in:

 evaluating architecture design and database design.

 fine-tuning/optimizing databases

UML/Rational Rose/Rational Unified Process

development and debugging tools.

Highly skilled in software programming techniques & software debugging techniques.

Familiarity with system programming on Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux.

Good analytical thinking/logic.

Good knowledge of project management.

Fluency in Japanese/Chinese/French is a plus.

Duties

Perform requirement capturing and analysis.

Propose and evaluate system design and database design.

Prepare project skeleton and manage project integration.

Participate in detailed design activities and quality control activities.

Assist Project Manager in leading sub-group of project team for specific assigned tasks.
